TCS - Three Losses

Three Losses

by Don Singleton

From the October 1997 issue of the I/O Port Newsletter

In one week I learned of the loss of three unique people, and each in their own way did good things for the world and the people in it. First I learned about the death of Princess Diana (see photo on 17), and then I received an email message about the death a couple of weeks ago of Al Webster, past president of the Tulsa Users of Macintosh Society (see obit on page 20), and now just as we are about to go to press, I learn of the passing of Mother Teresa. These three individuals were very very different, but each in their own way leaves a hole that will be difficult to fill. May they each rest in peace.
