Explore Greyed Out

When right-clicking the Start button, a menu pops up. Somehow, the first two choices, i.e., OPEN and EXPLORE were greyed out and unavailable. I discovered the cause... TWEAKUI having the "B" checked under the drives not to be included in explorer (as if they were anyway).
