At the General Meeting on Tuesday, July 30, 2002, I mentioned a vehicle that I think might be a beneficial learning experience for those people interested in computer graphics, nown known as Digitalism. It is a mobile art studio housed in a bus. It goes by the name of the Digialism Tour.

The following information I took directly from the website that describes the tour: http://www.digitalismtour.com

"The Digitalism Tour features a state-of-the-art mobile art studio and exhibition vehicle, packed with the latest digital tools performing together to create the ideal professional workflow. It provides a one-stop opportunity for creative professionals and premiere digital tool manufacturers to meet in an environment that's dedicated to the revolutionary art movement known as Digitalism.

The Digitalism Tour will canvas major cities across North America for seven months, with stops at trade shows, museums, art schools, universities, retail locations and festivals."

While it does not stop in Tulsa, Oklahoma, it will be stopping at Dallas Texas on November 12, and at St. Louis, MO. at a future date. Reservations are required.

I did speak to a Procreate (a Corel Company and a sponsor of the tour) representative at Siggraph and from what I could tell it would be informative for novices and those who are of an intermediate graphic level.
