The June 29 General Meeting saw a great presentation by Randy Whittle
(rwhittle@usa.net) from MGI
(http://www.mgisoft.com/) on Photosuite II
and VideoWave II. Members were allowed to purchase either product at a very
nice discount, and when people bought both products, they knocked off an
additional $10 and threw in a CD with images that could be used with the
products. There was enough interest in learning more about Photosuite II
that Paula Sanders will be presenting a Special Projects meeting on how to
use the product at the August 2 meeting (first Monday in August). We are
still trying to determine whether there is enough interest to justify a
September 6 Special Projects meeting on Video Wave II. If you are interested,
and particularly if you have a computer with a video capture card we could
use please let Don Singleton know (djs@ionet.net).
