I was concerned that the turnout for the October 14 meeting might be low because of the lack of notice that we had rescheduled from the 3rd Saturday to the 2nd Saturday, but there was no alternative because we were told that Keplinger Hall would be closed on October 21.

Well I was right, only 2 showed up for the 10am meeting, and only 3 for the 1pm meeting, but we went ahead and had a meeting, and got a LOT accomplished. One question just seemed to lead into another, and the time for the meeting was almost over before we noticed the time.

We will continue to meet on Second Saturdays because Max's Computer Show is now permanently on the 3rd Saturday, and many of our members like to attend both.

Turnout for the October 30 meeting where we talked about Chat was certainly better than the Saturday turnout, but I still wish more would turn out. If we are not discussing the topics you want to cover, please tell me what you do want to cover. There are many many different things we can cover related to the internet, I just need to know what you want to hear about, and have enough time to plan a meeting.

Turnout for the November 11 meeting covering Building a Web Page For Beginners was very lightly attended, in fact the people that asked for a program on that subject did not even show up, so we just explored some interesting sites on the net, and took a look at some Javascript. Had I known that is what we were going to cover, I could have planned the meeting better.

November 27 we are scheduled to cover How and Where Is My Web Page Being Seen?" which will demonstrate where people are coming from that look at the TCS web site, and how you can add these statistics for your own web site.

We don't have a topic yet for the December 9 meeting. I hope to nail that down by the November 27 meeting. There will be no meeting on December 25. I will leave it to your imagination why that meeting was cancelled.
