TCS - Another Sig Bites The Dust
Another Sig Bites The Dust

From the December 2003 issue of the I/O Port Newsletter
At one point in time, TCS had 20 to 30 Special Interest Groups (SIGs), but over the past
few years they have been dropping one by one. This month we learn
that our Midi Music Sig is ceasing to meet. Our Computer Refurbishing Project is still
active, operating under the name HelpingTulsa, and
we provide regular monthly reports in the I/O Port, but
we no longer have regular meetings. Some of the volunteers work at
Bethesda Adult Life Training Center and others work at
my house, in both cases working
whenever they are free. If anyone wants to help, we would love to have them join us.
At this time our only active Special Interest Group is
Linux, although we do still have our
monthly General Meeting.
