The Investment Sig will meet at its normal day of the First Tuesday of the month in 1999, with the exception of the Jul and Sep meetings, which have been rescheduled to the Second Tuesday. Therefore the meetings are on Jan 5, Feb 2, Mar 2, Apr 6, May 4, Jun 1, Jul 13, Aug 3, Sep 14, Oct 5, Nov 2, Dec 7.
