Procedure for CardFile setup in newer versions of Windows

Look at the table below and you will see the location for
CardFile.exe in a CAB file on your Windows installation CD.
The best way to do this operation is to use WinZip to open
the .CAB file and drag out the file you want. If you don’t have
WinZip you should get it, but meanwhile you can
use the following:
Insert your Windows CD, open a DOS box and type this:
extract /L C:\Windows D:\Win98\WIN98_44.CAB Cardfile.exe
This assumes that your CD-ROM is drive D:, and you want the file
in C:\Windows.
