Card Files in Windows after Win 95

I am still receiving calls about the Cardfile program not being available in Win 98, Win 98SE, and Windows Me. In most cases it is there but it is hidden. To find it, you need to click Start then Search. You have to enter three things.

  1. Under "Search for files or folders named" enter *.cab

  2. Under "containing text" enter Cardfile.exe

  3. Under "Look in" Enter Drive C:

When it is found, you must extract it, and I recommend placing it in the Windows folder.
