For 25 years the Friends of the Tulsa City-County Library system have sponsored the Adult Creative Writing Contest to give local published and unpublished authors an outlet for their writing.

This is the 26th year for the Friends to sponsor the contest, which is open to any person 18 years or older who lives, works, attends school in Tulsa County, or has a nonresident Tulsa City-County Library card; the deadline to submit entries is 31 January 2003.

More detailed contest information and rules are available online as is the entry form, which must be printed out and mailed to the library or dropped off at any library location.
