FTM now has drag and drop boxes so that you can quickly and easily move a single box or an entire branch and place it right where you want it. You just drag and drop the boxes on the page where you want them and the information follows with it.
You can drag and drop images anywhere on the page. You can make your family tree more stylish and you will perserve your family photos with the history of your family. You can now drag and drop captions so that you can make comments, add titles or stories to any pictures or name in the family tree.
In the view menu it includes all available reports to you go directly to a particular one at a click of the mouse. Medical Report now shows the "cause of death" so that you can build a family medical history for future references.
This is helpful espeically if you a family history of heart trouble or cancer. Family Maps can now optionally abbreviate the state names in order to keep the page neater and reduce crowding.
That is all that is new in the version. Not a whole lot, but enough to keep you on your toes and enough to try to make sure you have the coolest family tree around.
