Database Problem

From the March 2000 issue of the I/O Port Newsletter
We have been having a lot of problems with the TCS Membership Database.
James Keith spent a lot of time working on it, and we are very sorry that
we were not able to get the January or February papers mailed until after
the February General Meeting. Bruce Carson has volunteered to come back
in and try to straighten out the problems. He now has the most current
version that he, James, and I were able to recover, and James will get
all of the paperwork he has to Bruce. We know about the late mailing of the Jan/Feb
papers (and are sorry about the problems), but if you do not get the March
paper in the mail, or if your label on the Jan/Feb papers shows that you
have expired, and if you know your membership should be current, please
call Bruce Carson at 272-2098 and he will take care of things.
Whenever the new paper comes out, Bruce will call everyone who would like
to help label and bag the papers, and we will get together at his house to
to do the mailing. If you want to participate in that effort, give him a
call.
