Volume 4 of the six volume series focuses on Frames. While I do not particularly care for Frames, from a user perspective, this CD does a very good job explaining how to implement them, and if I can ever find the time I may try doing something in frames to see if I can come up with workarounds to the problems I see that frames present to the User.
