My name is Brian Largent and I run www.tulsalan.com in Tulsa Oklahoma. My company (TulsaLAN) and Strike Net are combining operations and resources to host the largest Computer Exposition and LAN party in Oklahoma. We currently are in the process of securing sponsorships and leasing booth space to many high profile companies.

Recently we secured Woodland Hills Mall (a Simon Company) in Tulsa, Oklahoma for the upcoming event.

There will be a 500 person BYOC (Bring Your Own Computer) area, 20 * 32" TVs for X-Box area, and 10 * 52" Projection TVs for viewing the PC tournaments. Estimated participation/attendance for event is 2,000. We are currently awaiting a mall traffic report for the dates of the event to determine minimum exposure for booth participants. Maximum exposure is unable to be determined due to this being the first event of its kind in Oklahoma.

Our current sponsors and booth leasers include:

Some sponsors and booth leasers are verbal agreements until the floor layout and pricing is completed this week.

Estimated booth leases from $500 to $10,000 for all three days.

Exhibitors: Logitech, AMD, US Army, MicroPro, Alienware, ATI, Best Buy, CompUSA, Gamesnet, Bungie, tulsaconnect, X-Box (Microsoft), techtv, and EA Games
