Helping Tulsa

If you have not already checked it out, I invite you to take a look at the
HelpingTulsa website.
We don't have pictures on all of these yet, but in October we distributed 140 computers:
(137 desktops and 3 laptops):
- We provided two laptops to Heart of God Missions.

- We provided an AST166 and a Mac computer to 1st Baptist in Mounds
- We provided a computer to God Seed Ministries and Outreach in
Cardin OK
- We provided one Pentium II Computer with a 40 gig drive, set up as an Imaging Machine like
we use in our refurbishing project, plus 8 monitors, to Cliff Jones of the Computer Literacy
and Distribution Program of the Chicasaw Nation (in Ada, Oklahoma).

- We provided two computers (one 486, one pentium) plus an overhead projector to the
New Life Tabernacle Church in Dewar
- We provided 15 computers to the Tulsa United Methodist Church of the Shepherd
- We provided two computers (a Pentium Pro Server and a Compaq Proliant Server),
five 100bps rack mounted hubs, and a large UPS that could be repaired, to
FamilyNet, the ISP that has agreed to
host a WebServer for HelpingTulsa so that we could
offer free websites to schools, churches, and non-profit organizations.

Power Up program
- We provided two computers to the Department of Human Services
- We provided a laptop to Wayne Mayfield of God Seed Ministries
- We provided another 100 computers to Belarus.
