At the September meeting Richard did a short demonstration of the new version of Opera,
which is now free.
Then Lee Pang and I showed everyone how we refurbish computers at
HelpingTulsa, including showing the latest tool we developed, our
Road Warrior computer for installing a fresh copy of the
operating system plus a collection of public domain application programs selected
for a particular class of recipients (the refurbished computers are given to
schools, churches, and non-profit agencies, Senior Citizen Centers,
Tulsa Housing Authority facilities,
and HUD Section 8 facilities.
