Need Distributors

From the October 1998 issue of the I/O Port Newsletter
When I asked for someone to take over the membership records, several came
forward, one (James Keith) who is now doing the job, and others such as Nev
Cox who agreed to take on other tasks in TCS (Nev is doing a very good job
helping me with I/O Port Advertising). Some even came forward when I asked
for help with I/O Port Distribution, but I still seem to have copies left over
each month, and I really don't want to cut back on the print run (because
it is a lot of work putting each month's issue out, and I want to spread that
work over more copies, not fewer). So I need to ask again, if there are any
businesses near where you work or live that you think might be willing to
make some counter space available for a stack of I/O Ports, could you please
pick up a bundle or two from me at a meeting, and see how many you can
distribute. If you want to be put on the list to receive a call when the new
issue is out, so that you can come by my house at 3311 South 127 East Place
(take 34th street west from 129th, come in two blocks, turn right, and it is
the third house on the right) and pick some up, call Lois Watkins at 665-0726 and ask to be
put on the list she calls each month when I call her to tell her the papers
are in for the month.
